Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using XReposter, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

XReposter is a service that allows you to automatically republish your X/Twitter posts on a recurring schedule. We provide:

  • Post browsing and engagement metrics display
  • Schedule creation and management
  • Automatic reposting at scheduled times
  • Thread support for multi-post content

3. X/Twitter Platform Rules

You are responsible for ensuring your use of XReposter complies with X's Terms of Service and Developer Agreement. This includes:

  • Not using the service to spam or harass others
  • Not republishing content that violates X's content policies
  • Maintaining authentic engagement practices

X may flag repeated identical content as spam. Use XReposter responsibly and vary your content schedule to maintain authentic engagement.

4. Account & Authentication

You may create an account using X, Google, or an email magic link. You must connect your X account through OAuth before XReposter can sync or publish posts. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your X account
  • All activity that occurs through your connected account
  • Notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised

5. Subscription & Billing

XReposter offers paid monthly subscription plans. Eligible new customers may receive a seven-day introductory trial. A payment method is required to start a trial, and the selected plan renews automatically after the trial unless canceled. For all subscriptions:

  • Billing is handled by Stripe
  • Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless canceled
  • You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first subscription charge
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
  • Downgrading may result in paused schedules if you exceed the new tier's limits

6. Limitations of Liability

XReposter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

  • Failed reposts due to X API changes or outages
  • Content that is flagged or removed by X
  • Any consequences of automatic posting on your behalf
  • Loss of data or service interruptions

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to XReposter for violations of these terms or X's platform rules. You may cancel your paid subscription through Settings and may request deletion of your account by contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
